These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of the New Stardom Weekly Job Newsletter. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. Subscription & Payment

1.1 Subscription Types

We offer two subscription options:

  • Recurring Subscription (€7/month, incl. VAT): Automatically renews every month until canceled.

  • One-Time Payment (€7, incl. VAT): Grants access to the newsletter for one month. Renewal is manual.

1.2 Payment Processing

  • Payments are securely processed through Stripe.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal (if enabled).

  • Prices include 21% VAT where applicable.

2. Delivery & Access

  • The newsletter is delivered via email every Thursday, with additional updates on Tuesdays for time-sensitive job opportunities.

  • After payment, subscribers must provide/confirm their email address to receive the newsletter.

  • New Stardom is not responsible for missed emails due to incorrect addresses or spam filters.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

3.1 Recurring Subscription

  • You can cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused portions of a subscription.

3.2 One-Time Payment

  • One-time payments are non-refundable. If you wish to continue receiving the newsletter, you must manually renew your subscription before the next cycle.

4. Changes to Subscription Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify pricing, frequency, or content of the newsletter with prior notice.

  • Subscribers will be informed of any changes at least 14 days in advance.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

  • The job listings in the newsletter are curated from external sources. New Stardom does not guarantee job availability, hiring outcomes, or employer legitimacy.

  • We do not assume responsibility for employment decisions, application outcomes, or third-party actions.

  • Subscribers are responsible for verifying job opportunities before applying.
